Very nice and helpful staff.

The room was nice, neat and clean. Someone across the hall left 2or3 dogs in their room and some time after 10pm they started howling repeatedly as if they were lonely. Then another dog started barking with a deep loud bark. Eventually I decided to know on the door which really set the dogs off and one started scratching the door. It was sad. So called the front desk who stated she would tell the owners. Shortly after the call all the noise stop. Very grateful for the quick response. The lobby was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Did not have breakfast as I had an early appt was the coffee was great. Great and personable staff. The entrance and exit to the area of the hotel is easy to miss. It’s located at an busy and often congested area. Convenient to the interstate. Great value. I will stay here again.

Overall my stay, there was really good and I don’t have a whole lot of negative to say.

Well maintained, very friendly staff, great breakfast; the $ was much more than I remembered (from a year ago) & my bed had a definite groove that made it difficult to get to sleep. A new mattress will address that. Everything else was fine

When we walked through the door, each person was friendly, courteous, and smiling faces 😊. It also smelled good! It slipped my mind that we were in RTR country!!! The display was nice. I use a cane sometimes, but my daughter is blind. I asked for a lower floor and THANK GOD & THANK YOU!!! It could not have been any better room 117! Thank you so much. It was my daughter's 30th class reunion in Bibb County. They ate at Longhorn.
